It’s not too late stock up on post holiday savings. This is where I stock up on gift wrapping supplies. I adore beautifully wrapped gifts but not the high price tags that they come with. After Christmas sales
At CVS I got a bag of 15 nicely sized holiday bows for only 19 cents! Right now CVS has all of their christmas merchandise marked down to 90% off. A lot of it is picked over but there are still deals to be found. I also grabbed three packages of 40 count tissue paper for only 19 cents each.
At Michaels, I stocked up on silver, wire-edged ribbon for only 39 cents. That is a steal. If you have never used it to embelish a package with I highly recommend it. It is super easy to work with and it looks amazing! I also purchased 6 packages of holiday tissue paper for only 29 cents each. I felt like a kid in a candy store. It was great. I’m used to paying full price for this items. I can’t wait to see what I can acquire after Valentine’s Day.
If it seems like I am getting over excited about wrapping paper it is because I am treating it as an investment. See, I love wrapping presents so much that I know I could turn it into a profit generating venture. So, I would be crazy not to take advantage of this awesome deals.

I love all of the baking and cooking, eating, drinking, socializing, giving, receiving. It is just a glorious time of year. I like to make the most of my holiday season. So, in order to be able to make the most of Christmas 2009 and to truly indulge, I need to plan ahead… way ahead.
